1. Consent to the processing of personal data
1.1. Use of the online store means the unconditional consent of the Buyer with this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information / data specified in it. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the Buyer should refrain from using the online store and immediately leave it.
2. Personal data of Buyers processed by the Seller
2.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the “personal information of the Buyer" means:
2.1.1. 2.1.3. Other information about the Buyer, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of the online store.
2.2. This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of the online store. The seller does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party sites to which the Buyer can click on the links from the pages of the online store.
2.3. The seller does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the Buyer, and is not able to assess his legal capacity. However, the Seller assumes that the Buyer provides reliable and sufficient personal information and maintains this information up to date.
2.4. The seller may collect data:
- name and surname;
- phone number;
- E-mail address;
- mailing address;
- information on bank cards (name, card number);
- other information necessary for the seller to fulfill obligations under contracts with buyers.
2.5. We do not collect personal data about minors. If we become aware that we have received personal information about a minor, we will take measures to remove such information as soon as possible. We recommend that parents and other persons under whose care minors (legal representatives - parents, adoptive parents or guardians) are under control to control the use of minors of the online store.
3. Purpose of processing personal data of Buyers
3.1. The seller collects and stores only that personal information that is necessary for the execution of agreements and contracts with the Buyer, unless the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
3.2. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal information for the following purposes;
3.2.1. Identification of the party in the framework of agreements and contracts with the Seller;
3.2.2. Providing the Buyer with personalized services of the online store and the execution of agreements and contracts
3.2.3. Communication with the Buyer, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the online store, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the Buyer;
3.2.4. Improving the quality of the online store, ease of use;

4. Conditions for the processing of personal data and their transfer to third parties
4.1. The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to store and process, including automated, any information related to the personal data of the Buyer in accordance with Federal Law of July 27, 2006 E 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by the Buyer.
4.2. With respect to the Buyer's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except for cases when the Buyer voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited circle of persons. When using certain Services, the Buyer agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.
4.3. The seller has the right to transfer the Buyer's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
4.3.1. The buyer has agreed to such actions;
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the execution of a specific agreement or contract with the Buyer;
4.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;
4.3.4. Such a transfer takes place as part of a sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer is transferred to all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to personal information received by him;
4.3.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Seller or third parties in cases where the Buyer violates this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use for specific Services.
4.3.6. As a result of the processing of the Buyer's personal information by depersonalizing it, anonymous statistics are obtained, which are transmitted to a third party for research, performance of work or the provision of services on behalf of the seller.
5. Change and deletion of personal data
5.1. The Buyer may at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information provided by him or part of it, using the personal data editing function in the personal section of the corresponding Service.
5.2. Buyers' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation, and processed using automated systems.
5.3. Rights provided for in clause 5.1. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of the Seller to save the information changed or deleted by the Buyer for a period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legislatively established procedure to a state body.

6.5. Counters placed in the services of the online store can be used to analyze the cookies of the Buyer, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, as well as to ensure the operability of the Services in general or their individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the meters are determined by the Seller and are subject to change without prior notice to the Buyer.
6.6. The seller may use cookies and other technologies, such as: pixel tags, web beacons. These technologies help us better understand the behavior of Buyers, tell us which sections of the online store customers have visited, and measure the effectiveness of advertising and network searches. We view information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information.
7. Measures used to protect the personal data of the Buyer
7.1. The Seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Buyer's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.
8. Amendment of the Privacy Policy and Legislation
8.1. The seller has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current edition is constantly available on the "Privacy Policy" page of the online store.
8.2. When processing personal data of Buyers, the Seller is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”.
8.3. The Law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
