Exchange and return of goods

Our store provides the opportunity to exchange or return goods of good quality within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you do not fit the size or do not like the product, you can return it, or replace it with another by paying shipping.

Refunds for the purchase are made to your bank card.

The return of goods of good quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The buyer must notify Marina LLC of his intention to return the products in writing by sending a completed application and a photo of the products to barkas-sv@yandex.ru. After consideration of the application (according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, article 25 of the Federal Law No. 2300-1 "The term for consideration of the application by the seller is 10 working days") and reaching a mutual agreement, the buyer sends the products back to the seller. After shipment, the buyer must provide the tracking number of the parcel. Refunds to the buyer occur after the seller receives the parcel with the returned goods no later than 10 days from the date of its receipt.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Used amber jewelry, damaged (not a factory defect), with missing tags, without a document confirming the purchase of goods (receipt)
• jewelry and handicrafts made to order, as they are made individually according to your requirements;
• semi-finished products (balls, pendants, souvenirs from a single piece of amber, amber with inclusions)
• products with subsequent engraving;
• jewelry with amber, according to the UP of the Russian Federation No. 55 (Approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55) made of pearls and amber, jewelry is not subject to exchange and return ".

Products that have a factory defect can be returned, replaced or repaired at the expense of Marina LLC.

We provide customers with the opportunity to check the goods for defects within 7 days. If the marriage is discovered by you after 7 days, we reserve the right at our own expense to request an expert opinion that the marriage arose before the transfer of the goods to the consumer or for reasons that arose after this moment. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the Buyer will be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination, as well as the costs associated with storage and transportation of the goods. The expert opinion can be challenged in court.

However, before sending your order, we exclude the possibility that the goods were defective and are not responsible for the defects resulting from transportation.
