These characteristics are considered part of the nature of the product and should not be considered a defect.

Our store provides the opportunity to exchange or return goods of good quality within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you didn’t fit the size or didn’t like the product, you can return it, or replace it with another by paying shipping. Factory defective products can be returned, replaced or repaired at our expense.

Orders placed before 13:00 are usually dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Terms according to the mail, across Russia from 5 to 14 days, to the CIS countries 10-15 days. International delivery is carried out within 20-25 days.
